Women can feel comfortable in this class, as it is taught by two women, well-seasoned in the martial arts.
And men can feel good knowing that you will learn to hit hard, be fast and to develop strong basics.

KENPO ORPHANS WELCOME!
One of the coolest things about our school is the wealth of kenpo information and perspectives that we have. We have people from a wide variety of lineages, so we have a much more open-minded view of kenpo and movement. If you are a trained kenpoist and just want someone to work out with, please contact Amy or Tara and join us. We have met quite a few local martial artists who have been without an instructor for awhile and we have enjoyed the expertise and perspectives that they bring to the table.
If you are a kenpoist traveling through the area, you are welcome to come by and join us for a class as our guest. We love visitors!
We have several kenpoists who do that from time to time and we always welcome them back.

We have classes for adults and children alike. The children will get to learn self-discipline and respect for adults. They will also learn the basics of self-defense.

We start everyone off with the basics
and you will very quickly learn how
to defend yourself and feel good
about doing it.
It's amazing how your confidence
will grow with each new technique and skill you master.
Classes are on Tues. and Thurs. nights.
The kids' classes start at 6:30pm and run until 7:15pm.
The adult classes start at 7:30pm.
